Welcome to Episode 6 of The REI Masterclass, where common questions and concerns that pop up from new and experienced investors alike are answered by some of the best in the business.
Last month you heard from rehabber experts J Scott and Lawrence Roberts on how to avoid common rehabbing mistakes. These guys really laid out some awesome tips — lessons learned from their own experiences.
This month, I wanted to do something a little different and shift away from the mechanics of real estate investing and into the mindset for success.
Sometimes you meet people in the real estate investing business who are really in the zone and reaching extraordinary levels of success….sometimes in a relatively short number of years. I wanted to know more about that and what makes the difference between pretty good success and massive success.
The newest member of my REI Masterclass is the very first person I thought of….Craig Fuhr.

If you don’t know Craig yet, he’s a family man and a rehabbing machine. What sticks out most about him is the level of ingenuity and excellence that he brings to all of his projects and I’ve really enjoyed following his success over the past few years.
In fact, you may or may not know this, but Craig announced something pretty exciting recently. He’s going to have his own television show on a popular cable network and the show will be focused around him coaching his students to be successful in the rehabbing business. Pretty cool, eh?
Think he may know a little about how to achieve massive success in real estate investing? If you said yes, you nailed it. Let’s listen in.
Craig, thanks a million for sharing with us. Glad I caught you before I’d have to go through your booking agent!

Great Post. Thanks for allowing Craig to share on your blog! He seems like a fun dude – if I were in Maryland, I’d be trying my hardest to get on the show with him.
Focus. Focus. Focus. Great Lesson.

I think Craig is great — I’ve really enjoyed following his success over the years and while I don’t watch much TV, I look forward to tuning into his show when it airs!

I have to say Craig is an outstanding person as well as an investor. I’ve been following him and his blog for over 4 years and it’s amazing what he can accomplish (beating me in the REIClub blog contest not being one of them…haha).
Awesome Video Craig and thanks Shae for bring it to us!
