It only took 1 year, 3 weeks, and 2 days.  I’ll let the video speak for itself.  Enjoy!

    Wow, talk about some persistence. You just gave follow-up a whole new meaning for me. I’ve heard that potentially 50% of deals can come from follow-up. I’ll be honest. I haven’t been that good at following up. But I’m better — starting Now.

    That was awesome Shae. I guess it took him a year to figure out that he wasn’t going to get a lotto ticket from some other buyer huh. I need to dig through all of my old leads now…I definitely keep them all.

    Thanks everyone! Yeah, I definitely make it a point to follow up with all the sellers I make offers to. Next week I have about 10-15 folks to call — there’s real potential with 2 or 3 of them so we’ll see.

    Awesome, Shae! Cool video :)

    It’s kind of crazy, eh? Working with a seller for that long. I definitely know the feeling! And, it’s funny because since the relationship is built over a period of time it’s always a “Wow, I feel like we’ve known each other forever!” kind of thing.

    I continue to enjoy following along in your real estate adventures, thanks for sharing! :)

    Oh cool, Shae! I’m so glad you’re using iMovie, it’s so easy and fun to use! :)

    p.s. One of the cool things about iMovie is the iLife suite with all the music in there (i.e. jingles, sound effects, etc). I actually found this out and learned to use it just by watching kids (of all people!) on YouTube teaching this stuff (amazing!). If I had to create my own music and sound effects, it would take forever!!!!!!

    P.S. Shae is that editing software something that comes on the MAC? (I really want to get a MAC someday….my PC is giving me such a hard time…no lie it takes about 15 minutes to start up and actually be able to get online!) GRRR!

    Thanks Sharon & Carey! Carey, you’re funny :-) I definitely plan to get Phil on video more often! He has warmed up to the camera.

    Also, yes…iMovie comes with the mac. It’s really cool.

    So happy to see Phil on camera. I remember last Christmas in the video card you did saying that Phil should get on camera more and these past few months he’s rocking it. He’s personality is perfect for the camera.
