Holiday Marketing Tips and Other Updates
Hey folks, thanks for the great comments on my 2009 recommended books list from yesterday! Since I was too busy talking about books yesterday, I thought I’d shoot a quick video today to give some updates on our December marketing efforts as well as other deals in the works! Check it out.
Last two things…
#1: Wanted to share a hilarious post from pals Dave & Julie over at RevNYou.com. They embarked on a massive direct mail campaign to 4,000 folks and as you can expect, they are getting some funny calls from folks. Go check it out.
#2: Remember Nick Johnson, my guest blogger and short sale/subject2 investor extraordinaire? Well, his Subject2 e-book 50% off sale is ending tomorrow (December 8th) so if you were thinking about picking it up, now is the time! He’s also giving two additional copies to the buddies of your choice if you buy tomorrow. Speaking of Nick, I wanted to give him a quick shout out because one of his mentoring students wrote an awesome and inspiring success story on BiggerPockets earlier today. Check that out as well – it really says a lot about Nick and the impact he’s having on others’ lives!
