The latest and greatest
It’s 5:09 AM and I’m up and at ‘em. Too sleepy looking for video today though
My focus for today is to make calls on 10 REOs so I can make sure that I reach my goal of at least 5 offers out this week. I’ve been chatting it up with sellers too so we have some inspections set up for this week. I just KNOW a deal is close with a private seller, I just KNOW it!
Also…I just looked up the recent cash buyers in the MLS for our key areas so that my hubby can pop those addresses in the GPS and go meet some cash buyers today and tomorrow (if you haven’t seen Steph’s video on this tactic, be sure to check it out). These are the same areas that we are doing our direct mailing to so we will be meeting the buyers where we are seeking properties. I’ve been meaning to do this myself for a little over a month now and just haven’t been able to make the time to do it, so now that my hubby has freed up some more time, I’ve added this to his list
. His primary focus is buyers (and inspections), and mine is sellers (and marketing, research, and making offers).
Finally, I have to get a few articles done this week. Yikes, I’m so behind and it doesn’t look like I’ll hit my 30 pieces of content by August 31 goal. But I’m going to do the best I can!
Ok I’m going to try to catch a few more zzzz’s before the girls wake up and we start the morning routine, but just wanted to share one more quick thing.
I just posted a new article on my Articles page from Justin McClelland…he gives the nitty gritty on how to save money and do your own yellow letter marketing campaign (you probably already know that these campaigns yield excellent results). I personally am enjoying the postcards because they take me zero time and I’m getting a solid 5% response, but if I wasn’t doing postcards, I’d be doing this for sure. So shout out to Justin for getting it done out there — and thanks for providing solid content too!
More to come! Create a great day everyone!

I’m trying to catch up on all the blogs I read and boy did I miss a lot in a week. I loved the posts about the callers, when I get some I’ll be able to laugh them off if they go bad knowing I’m not the only one getting those cooks.
Keep moving forward
Yeah Scott, the seller calls are a real hoot
You HAVE to laugh them off!
