Today marks 1 year since I started this blog – YEAH! Please enjoy my celebratory video — its not celebrating me, but rather celebrating you – my readers and friends. Thanks to you all!

Alex, I don’t consider it nosy when the conversation is in an open forum so no worries! LOL! I actually won’t be headed to Tampa – we’re meeting up in Naples. I suspect I’ll get to Tampa one of these days though! I actually went to college there at USF and haven’t been back there for years! If I’m ever in the area, I’ll let you know because it would be great to meet (and if you ever get to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami I expect the same from you sir!)
Seems to me its pretty easy to follow someone out there getting things done. I think a bunch of us are going to cheer as loud as you when you get that first deal done.
Thanks Jason! Yes, I know the first wholesale deal is coming soon and then several more. I know it! Also looking to add another rental property this year (one that has $400+ monthly cashflow like our current one) AND do another rehab before the end of the year (so we HAVE to increase our efforts to find private money lenders and also get in front of some of these small local banks for funding). Thanks for your support!

Thanks Patrick! I really do appreciate you! Quite honestly, I feel like I have everything I need to get a private lender confirmed. I’m having an execution issue because of limited time and I KNOW I have to get some offers out there so I’ve been focused on my direct mail, talking to sellers, and making offers on REOs. Gotta also MAKE the time to start making presentations to potential lenders again and following up with those I have already spoken to. My husband is supposed to make a presentation to his uncle next week so we’ll see how that goes!
